The Empty Heart

Full of Love

When the heart is empty of all it's 'stuff' it becomes full of love. The burdens of the heart keep it from opening in it's natural fullness.

All that stuff is stuffing, the world with all of it's condemnations of a natural innocent heart, parents who would rather have well behaved children than authentic, alive, loving, innocent, playful souls, all the useless psychology stuffed into our heads and cramping our hearts, that stuff is emptied out.

Naturally fullness flows in, our true Hearts are allowed to breathe again, expand and open and take in and emulate the wonder of life, of being alive. We disappear into the fullness of Love, it is our true Home, our natural state, this empty Heart full of Love.
