A True Life
In Wholeness
A simple, natural understanding that life is Whole. It is only out of our fear of death that we are not truly alive. It is always an avoidance (an annoyance) this life, and in fact birth is also not accepted, because we fear death. Birth-Life-Death is the holy trinity, once this trinity is truly accepted, understood, loved fully and completely, then we can realize what it means to truly be here. Then it is a simple, natural flow birth into life, life moving into death. They all disappear once they are loved and accepted. The natural unfoldment and embrace of birth-life-death.
It is a simple process of melting all defenses to the natural unfoldment and embodiment of life as it is. Coming to terms with it, not just a cerebral-intellectual selective understanding, but rather a total understanding, a total embrace, a loving embrace of all that life is. Then something quietly settles, once the fear is lived through and embraced lovingly.
A natural innocence unfolds, a soft wonderful delight in being here becomes apparent, simply out of not denying all that life embodies.
