Life is Real

"When you are Here fully and completely - Life is Real". Not before then, otherwise it is all rehearsal, it is practicing to be here, it is pretending to be here, it is waiting for Godot. When you truly are Here, everything quietly settles, you are received by the Whole. Everything lands, when you land. When it happens you realize it is strangely simple, it is profoundly easy. How strange, how wonderful to be here fully and completely, deeply embodied, deeply real, deeply present in just being here. The fear of landing here really is the fear of losing your mind - the mind of elsewhere, the absent-mindedness, all the parts of you that are struggling, trying to be here. When you are here, there is no trying, you lose the thinking mind of fragmented-not-being-hereness. Being Here is profoundly simple, thinking about it is not required. It is innocent of all that mindyness. Then each moment is real, because you are really here.
