Slow Food
Taking You Home
Fast food or slow food. Just as a starting point realizing that all fast food feeds the un-nourishing. Slow food feeds nourishment.
Taken as a metaphor towards wholeness, then whatever nourishes you, slows you down, deepens you, whatever takes you home is 'slow food'. Is nourishment for the soul.
And this attitude of slow food affects your body, your heart and your mind. And they all change when the slow attitude, the deepening attitude, the nourishing attitude is taken to heart. It is part of the learning process of life to find out what truly nourishes us, to find ways that support our journey to coming back home. Coming back to our true nature.
It is like an anchor that anchors us to the Real, to the true life, to the Real life. It eventually helps us realize eternity in our foot steps, eternity in everything we do, the vast expanse of athomeness in our very footsteps, in every meeting with others. Then they are just reflections of our atHomeness. Everything vibrates in atHomeness.
It is up to each and every one of us to find the way, in this we are all uniquely different, we find different paths that end in the same place, the place of true nourishment, our very Home.
