Neither up or down, nor in or out, not male, not female. Now that we have established what it isn't. Open gently, ever so gently to what it is. Relaxed and present in all-fullness. Containing it all ever so lovingly, ever so deeply. You absorb it, it absorbs you this metaphysical reality of what is, as it is.

Containing it all, in undivided wholeness.
