Containing It

All

Birth-Life-Death. Containing it All. The reality that you died and where without a body, the reality that you took a birth, the reality that you had to go through the birth process, the reality that you where born into the limitation of the body. The reality that you have no memory of any of it and the reality of the fact that you have to relive it all, contain it all, remember it all. Literally going through it all once again consciously.

To be reborn is to remember it all, to contain all that happened up to this point, and that it wasn't just random, it has a deep deep purpose and significance, albeit, it requires you awaken to that significance. You awaken to being conscious of it all. You go on a journey to remember all of it.

All of it meaning, the fear of dying and leaving the comfort of the body and becoming unlimited again without a body. And while you are apparently enjoying the freedom of that then comes the realization that you are again drawn into a new birth, a new mother, another birth process, and the pain of being birthed into the world, into a body, into a containment, into a limitation. And then a whole life of simply trying to make sense of it all, and try to find some purpose and meaning in what the fuck is it all about before you die again - and the cycle repeats itself.

So apparently the only thing we can do is attempt to become conscious of it all, the totality of beforebirth-birth-life-death-afterdeath. Reveal unto ourselves the full spectrum of who we truly are.

Like this ancient tree that has seen it all and yet is rooted in something deeply deeply connected to it all. Call it the source, call it Mother, call it Existence, call it Tao. Call it the Whole. A vastness that contains it all without excluding any of it, without denying any of it. Can you appreciate the true value of that. Life is not your enemy, being born again and again, and going through the process again and again is not your enemy, is not there to punish you. It is there perhaps to awaken you to the true significance, the vast beauty of all of it.

You becoming vast and containing all of it, with so much love, so much devotion, so much thankfulness of it all being revealed unto you.
