To come down to 0, from the many of 3 to 2 to 1 to 0. This is the journey.

From the many to duality, from duality to singularity, from singularity to athomeness, no-one-ness, not one!

First become centered, entering Sushumi, between Ida and Pingala, from duality, Sushumi is the middle way.

And then deepening and letting go into the nectar of wholeness, of no-one-ness, of Mother Womb Consciousness.

From 1 to 0 is a plop, into the ocean of existence.
