The Movement of the Empty Hand

The realization that nobody is doing anything. There is no doer. This empties the mind from having blame or shame or anger or envy of everything that happens in life.

Take the mind out of the equation and you are left with emptiness and no doer. And yet everything still happens, this is quite the liberation, take the mind out and what is left is liberation from doing, from being the doer.

When we penetrate behind and behind and behind everything that we believe that we are, when we empty ourselves out, when we become empty of ourselves, then there is nobody doing anything. It is not fatalistic or indifference, or an excuse to be irresponsible. It is a removal of the 'I' from the equation. No 'I' and what is left?

Good question. Nobody has the answer. Nobody is the answer.

It is a release (of the I) and a relaxation into nobodiness.
