It is releasing your 'self' from ALL false identities. You have to come to a certain fed-up-ness with 'youness' to enter the Real, to be what you truly are.

It is truly terrifying, in the sense that all unreal disappears and you realize your true nature all-at-once. It is instaneous, the old dies and the new appears, the Real appears, your true identity emerges.

Call it Oceanic, call it The Real, call it 'Mysterious Tremendum', call it Universal Consciousness, call it Wholeness, call it Wuji.

It is truly Awe-Some. It is awe inspiring. Welcome Home.....and caveat emptor for the divine inconvenience.
