Realizing Oceanic Existence

Natural Organic Consciousness

Containing all that is, is not just a metaphoric sentence to philosophize about endlessly and uselessly,

it is a pragmatic, factualilty (factual + reality) that can be realized by all and everybody, if they so wish.

For example, for us as individuals to contain all that we are, light and dark, day and night, heaven and hell, inner and outer, man and woman, higher and lower is the first step into the reality of wholeness. Not to distinquish between different aspects of ourselves, preferring one over the other, but actually appreciating all that we are, containing all that we are, without demarcation, it is all one, either we contain it all, and that is the transformation, or we continue in compartmentalization as a strategy to avoid seeing all that we contain.

And then we realize that there is an intelligence, a consciousness that arises when we say yes to all that we. Then we begin to really appreciate the transformative, healing power of wholeness.

It should not just be a cerebral exercise, but an actual real life application. Which means when we find darkness in ourselves, when we dis-cover unconscious behavioural patterns, or find negative tendancies arising, we embrace them, we say yes to them, we do not deny them or try to mitigate there expression. We allow them in there full expression, and embrace them. In this way we slowly, slowly see all that we are, contain all that we are, from the deepest darkest unconsciousness (this unconsciousness is not out there in someone else, or society, or whatever), to the highest of the highest.

This embracing-of-all-that-we-are, reveals a new dimension (or an ancientmost dimension, that has always been there), which is consciousness, or existence, or the oceanic. Whatever you call it, it is something that contains all, that is all.

First we embrace all that we are, and then we become all that we are. This all that we are is whole-listic. It is a tremendous healing, and it takes time to incorporate all are disowned parts, and it happens in no-time, the opening to the Real, to the Ancientmost Sacred Dimension.
