It requires no effort, it is an undoing of all effort. Then suddenly you are atHome, it is not a conscious pratice, all practices end also. It is just a spontaneous happening, without cause, without effect. It is effectless, it is causeless.

You are Home automagically. This is the natural state beyond time, beyond space.
